including all their subdomains, and also the sites of the clients and the partners of KIBERTRON Ltd, of which KIBERTRON Ltd is developed and placed at their disposal a site, based on the site of KIBERTRON Ltd.

The KIBERTRON Site and the system which it is based on, including also without limitations the entire system contents, software, hardware and services are developed by KIBERTRON Ltd and are property of KIBERTRON Ltd, except if else is mentioned specifically.

In the present document and in all other documents related to it, for better convenience, when the case in point is for the site of KIBERTRON Ltd and for web sites which are based on it, the following abbreviations will be used: "the KIBERTRON Site".

KIBERTRON Ltd understands and respects the importance of intellectual property, and we ask our users to do the same. This Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use (the "TCU") published in the KIBERTRON Site, including the provisions regarding change or modification of this Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy and other policies as set forth in the TCU. Guidelines for use of KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features

1. General

All KIBERTRON Ltd trademarks, logos, service marks, trade dress, slogans, copyrighted designs or other brand features (collectively "Brand Features") will be used only as explicitly licensed by KIBERTRON Ltd, and only under the Terms and Conditions of Use and for the purposes described in such License. The other party to the License granted by KIBERTRON Ltd is referred to as the "Licensee" and is mentioned in this document and in all other documents, related to him, as above. To certain extent they may differ with the general terms below. The specific terms of the License govern any use of the Brand Features by the Licensee.

2. Appearance of Logos

The Licensee guarantees that the presentation of the KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features will be consistent with KIBERTRON Ltd's own use of the KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features in similar form. It is possible, during the term of the License, KIBERTRON Ltd to provide to Licensee written guidelines as to the size, typeface, colors, and other graphic characteristics of the KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features, which upon delivery to the Licensee shall be deemed and incorporated into the License and into these guidelines.

3. Notices

All trademarks and service marks included in the KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features should be designated with "®" or "TM", in a manner directed by KIBERTRON Ltd.

4. Restrictions upon Use

KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features will not be presented or used: a) in a manner that suggests that editorial content has been authored by, or represents the views or opinions of, KIBERTRON Ltd or any KIBERTRON Ltd personnel or affiliate; b) in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, libelous, obscene, infringing or otherwise objectionable; c) in connection with any material that infringes the trademark, copyright or any other rights of any third party; d) as part of a name of a product or service of a company other than KIBERTRON Ltd; or e) in a manner that infringes, derogates, dilutes, or impairs the rights of KIBERTRON Ltd in Brand Features. KIBERTRON Ltd shall have freedom to evaluate Licensee's use and to decide whether that use violates any of the foregoing restrictions.

5. Use for KIBERTRON Ltd's Benefit

Any use of the KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features shall inure to the benefit of KIBERTRON Ltd by using the Brand Features pursuant to KIBERTRON Ltd's approval. The Licensee acknowledges KIBERTRON Ltd's ownership of all Brand Features and warrants that it will not take any action which is inconsistent with KIBERTRON Ltd's ownership.

6. Nonexclusive Rule

The Licensee may make any changes to its use of the KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features only with written permission from KIBERTRON Ltd. This rule is in addition to any other legal rules which the Licensee should observe in respect to the use of KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features.



Request For Approval to Use KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features

Any specific use of any KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features must be approved in advance by KIBERTRON Ltd. You may request approval by completing the Request For Approval to Use KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features and send it to KIBERTRON Ltd:

You must also include complete samples of each proposed use. KIBERTRON Ltd will review your request and will respond within ten (10) business days, but KIBERTRON Ltd is under no obligation to respond. You may not use Brand Features unless and until KIBERTRON Ltd has granted its specific approval and any and all conditions of such approval have been fulfilled by the Licensee.

Please note that any material that features trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material (including banners and buttons) from any third party may require that third party's and/or others' specific and additional permission. KIBERTRON Ltd makes no representation or warranty as to your proposed use of any such material.

If your request is approved, that approval will be expressly subject to the above-referenced Guidelines for use of KIBERTRON Ltd Brand Features, Terms and Conditions of Use of the KIBERTRON Site, as well as all additional terms, defined by KIBERTRON Ltd.
